I seriously DO NOT know what happened to me!

I've been thinking about this for a few days now.. and I'm not sure how to tell you all about it???

Both my Mama and I are trying to figure out .. "What happened?"

I don't think where I came from should be called a "Puppy Mill"... I'm just learning to be a Puppy!  I get a bit confused when people call me a 'Big Puppy'..  I'm just trying to figure things out.  Being a Puppy sounds like fun to me and believe me.. I'm just beginning to know what "Fun" is!

What do you think would be a good word for it?  Since I'm just learning all these words maybe I have it all wrong?  ... but I'm thinking more.. Puppy Hell.

Noises....

Well, I really don't like this cold weather we are having!  Oh yes, I ran through the snow and I played in it a bit.. , but WoW.. it's hard on my poor feet!!  The snow all balls up between my toes!  It quickly makes these little ice balls.. and my feet.. well they are so much better cause Jaquie puts Bag Balm on them all the time.. but that stuff is hard on them!  So I get done what I have to do real quick and I don't beg to stay out like I'd like to do!

We had 2 days of snow on the weekend.. then this huge thing came in.. Jaquie said he was just clearing the snow away so we could walk out there.. but I didn't believe her.. I wondered what that thing was really doing out there.. and I ran around to each and every window warning it to stay back!  Jaquie held me to reassure me and we ended up going upstairs where he was out of sight!  Truth is.. those sounds remind me of some things back at the Mill.. I can't stop the Flashbacks!  I don't mean to get upset but some of these sounds just make me feel all weird and I try to act fierce but really I'm just a bit scared.

You have to remember it's less than 3 months since those nice people saved me!!!!  My life is so much better now!  Well way better!  I LOVE my new life.. but stuff happens... oh there is this cupboard that makes this squeaking noise in our kitchen.. everytime I hear it.. it reminds me of how my cage door squeaked when they came to get me out.  I was afraid when they came to get me!  So when I hear that door.. I panic!

I'm SO lucky that Jaquie and Bill love me so much and are so understanding when I freak out about Stuff!  And.. don't get me wrong.. I'm not doing it ALL the time.. but when it happens.. it's like something inside me.. well it's hard to describe.. but all I can say is.. it makes me afraid and Jaquie's voice and the way she holds me calms me down.. then everything is okay again!

Hi Everyone,
I thought I would share a couple of pictures that Holly sent me!!  :)  Holly is my foster sister!  She was a breeding female in an Amish Puppy Mill near St. Thomas, ON  Her freedom date was December 15, 2009.  She was adopted by my foster Mom on January 13th, 2010.  Yesterday was the first anniversary of her adoption.  Here is a couple of pictures from the Dog Park where she celebrated yesterday.  Doesn't she just look like she is the happiest girl in the world now???

I'm going to go to the Dog Park with them sometime soon!  That's me at the same Dog Park... before the snow!

I learned something new today!! :)

I'm sitting with my Mama but I'm focussed on the squirrels in the backyard!!  I just spotted them!  Oh life is good and a Westie's work is never done!  It's my job to make sure that those squirrels don't steal ALL the seed from the feeders and I must say I take my jobs seriously!!

Oh... guess what I learned?  Jacquie has been working with me on this for a week now... so I figured I'd humour her and just do it today!!!!  Today when she said "Sit".. I "Sat"!   I made her so proud!  I think I will do it again tomorrow!!!!!

My laneway where we walk...

This is my laneway where Jacquie and I walk everyday!  or... maybe I should say run..  I am Logan.. I do love to run!!!!   It is SO pretty isn't it?!?!!!!  Do you know how many squirrels and bunnies are in those trees??   Oh and birds... tons.. even Eagles!!!

This is looking up the laneway from the house.... We all went for a walk up the laneway to check the mail! :)

This is me!!!!!!!  :)   Do you like my new blue collar?  Robin and Sarah thought I looked pretty handsome in it!!   Ohhh.. see my tag?  It says LOGAN and has my phone number on the other side!!  My facial hair is growing in... don't you think???  

Can you see my bunny in front of me?  That is my most favourite toy in the world.  A new doggie friend of mine, named Jenny, gave it to me when they came to visit.  It's always wet with my slobber and Jacquie says she thinks it is starting to stink!   I beg to differ.  I love his scent!!!! :)

The darkness on him isn't his colouring though... it IS my slobber!! :) :) :)  I carry him everywhere I go!  Oh and he squeaks!!!  :)

I'm just the luckiest boy in the world to have found Jacquie and Bill!!!! xoxoxox

I'm having visitors on Friday :)

Robin (my foster Mom), Sarah (Monty's foster Mom), Holly and TOLA are coming to visit me Friday afternoon!!!!  I'm going to have lots to tell you after they visit!!!

Jacquie (my Mom) was saying today that I'm quite the climber!  She also said I'm Nosey!  I think it's because I climbed up on a chair and then onto the desk to see what was going on up there.....  I sure do have this compulsion to know what's going on!!  Is that what Nosey is??

Oh, it's time for me to go to bed.. going out for one last peeeee!  Tell me something.. is it always this cold in Ontario????

Jacquie figured out that I don't like rain!!  I kicked up such a fuss about it over the holiday's.. so Jacquie and I now walk in the garage (on Bill's side of the garage haha) when it raining!  (Jacquie says.. it's okay.. she cleans it up!)

I'm putting on some weight too!  Jacquie says I'm getting heavier and that I come running when I hear my food bag opening!  I do love to eat and if you remember.. I didn't like to eat at first.  I'm so past all that now! 

We got a fair bit of snow last night!  Jacquie and I made our tracks in it .. walking up the laneway to get the paper!  Jacquie doesn't like the snow if we have to go out in the car.. but I'm pretty happy that it is snow and not rain!!
