I'm in my new home!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in my new house!  Look there is already a cozy bed for me in front of the patio door... and you should see out that door... SO many squirrels and lots of birds.....

Can you see the bird feeders and all the snow.. and the water?  I'm going to love the water in the summer!!!!!!!  I can't wait to go frog hunting!!!
I'm just checking to see if their are other Westie's hiding in there......

That's my new Mama holding me!!!  I can tell she loves me already!!!
My new Mama made me some stew!  Yum!!!  And I heard her say that she is knitting me a sweater!!!!  Can you imagine that!!!  A sweater just for me!!!  And my new Dad is so excited to have a boy like me around the house!  I just want you all to know that I am one very, very happy Furry Kid!

Love Logan

  1. HAppy for Logan and his new parents. You did an excellent job - quite a challenge for a first time foster and you superceded in every way. Congrats Robin. Hope the pain of giving him up was not too much. When are you fostering again?

  2. Way to Go Logan!!!!!!

Mommy and me are so proud that you're now a furry kid to verrrrrrrry lucky humans! You've come soooo verrrry far in really such a short time. And now you get to live in a furever home too. Ain't it the bestest thing ever?!?!

And those big doors are great to be able to see out on our world....and spot all those squirrels and birds...and whatever else that's moving that catches our eye. I have system....I can run between the big door and upstairs to the two windows or should I say vantage points, and keep track of all my peeps and all the goings on in the neighbourhood. Hope you have some good spots to keep an eye out for all that's going on too. Tola taught you well on how to keep watch....don't slack off too much. ;)

Don't know about you, but I'm loving all this cold white stuff. I've been rolling around making snow dog angels. That always makes my mom laugh and smile.

Now that you have new digs (and oh yeah....gotta be careful with doing that too much....it kinda makes my mom crazy when I dig up her plants) and new furever parents, you'll have to visit us all here to keep us posted on how well you're doing. And a big shout out to your Mom Robin, for all the help she gave you to be the bestest Westie you can be.
My mom says that we might foster some Westies too in future. So all the stories you two have been telling us here have made us both want to have more Westies join us...even for a little while.

Good luck, my friend....and hope to see you at the next Westie Walk!

~ Ziggy ~ who is drying out after rolling in all the cold white stuff....no blowdryers for this guy - they're too noisy!

  3. Oh and Logan?

I found this Westie in the front hall today....don't know where he came from. But Mom came in with this big thing and leaned it up against the wall...and when I went up to check it out...there he was! And he stared right at me....started growling...so I growled back...and then he started barking....and then both of us were barking. Mom said I was a silly boy - dunno why! Huh....what's up with that? All I was doing was defending the front hall from that stranger. Mom turned the big thing around and he went away. Haven't seen him since. So maybe he got the message that he needs to be introduced if he's going to stick around. What did you do with those Westies hiding in your place? Have you got more in the new house?

~ Ziggy ~ who doesn't like being surprised
